Apparently, Google had developer an apps for ANDROID user to blogger, to ease blogger to blog content into their blog. You can find it at the web based ANDROID's MARKET. while you search from the phone based ANDROID's Market, you will not able to find it.
Anyway, believe it will be available soon in Malaysia Market.
